This Policy is provided by Plastering Supplies Tasmania for online purchases and orders. Plastering Supplies Tasmania is not required to provide a replacement of a refund if a customer changes their mind.
Plastering Supplies Tasmania will provide a refund or exchange a product if there is a major problem with the product. This is when the product is used for it’s intended purpose and in accordance with all instructions, and:
- - Has a problem that would have stopped the customer buying the item if they had known about it;
- - Is unsafe;
- - Is vastly different from any sample or description provided;
- - Doesn’t do what the online store said it would, and can’t easily be fixed
Please keep proof of purchase such as payment confirmation or receipt. The method of refund will be the same as the method of payment. Plastering Supplies Tasmania may provide remedies in addition to the above at their own discretion.
